Subject Old owner name appearing while making online tax payment

Hi, 

I had purchased a flat and the same was regestered on 11th Feb 2015 and the khata was transferred to my name on 17th April 2015. But when I am trying to make tax payment online for FY1516, the form is still showing the name of the old owner. 

PID number is 085-M0047-46-140. this belongs to Hoodi Subdivision in Mahadevapura. 

If you require further information please let me know. Kindly look in to the matter urgently and enable to make payment in my name as the new owner ASAP.
