Property Tax Paid but Receipt Not Generated

Complaint / Requirement

I had paid my property tax for the FY 2015-16 online through Credit Card on 30th April 2015. My credit card account is already debited but I am not able to generate the receipt. The Tax paid status is also not updated in BBMP website.

My Property ID: 7-5-17/3

New Application No.890234908 for 2015-16

Kindly help immediately.

My compliant No.FMS/CMT-2711 dt. 5-5-2015 is still pending and unresolved. Why there is so much delay. Please resolve my problem and give credit to my Property ID which shows still tax not paid. Hope you will do it immediately.
