Online property tax payment NOT reflecting

Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had paid the property tax for 2015-2016 online on 28th April 2015. The amount of Rs. 7662/- was debited from HDFC account number 02861140004153 thriough transaction number 428103539. The payment has gone through from HDFC account successfully. Please see a ciopy of confirmation of the payment from HDFC Bank.

2008-2009 SAS Application Number: 452009083

The tax paid is not reflecting in the BBMP site and receipt is not available. I had raised a complaint through the online complaint form on BBMP site on April 28th and have not got any response for the same. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

Attaching email confirmation from HDFC bank represenatitive confirming the transaction was successful.

Issue has been resolved. I got confirmation from BBMP IT and the tax paid is reflecting in the BBMP site.
