I have paid property tax of Rs.5397 online through CitruPay on 26th April for the year 2015-16 for the property having New PID No.085-W0106-12 and SAS 2008-09 Application No. 1508625 vide  Internet Application No. 890146313. The amount has been debited from my bank account on the same day. I failed to generate receipt and also did not find any entry in the property tax paid column for this year in the BBMP portal. I request you to regularise the same and arrange for the receipt.
