Subject Name Change in Property Tax Receipts

Hi

 

I have bought a property in 2009, Khata Transfer has been done long time back. But everytime I pay the taxes, the receipt is still in the name of the previous owner. I have submitted a letter to the BBMP office but still has not been done. 

I have attached the new receipt for the Tax paid for 2015-16. It has to be changed to my name Anand G Rao and S N Nandini(my wife) as per the Khata Change.

Please rectify
