Subject Property Tax payment Transaction Failed but Amount deducted from my HDFC Bank gateway.

Hello Sir/Madam,

 
                       I tried paying my property tax online on 29th April 2015 at 9.15 PM. using HDFC Netbanking through 1113.sasbbmp.com website. I could complete the netbanking payment which redirected to bbmp website and shows up my transaction is Failed. But i could see money is deducted from my HDFC Account. could you please let me know how to get my receipt of payment. as i dont have Internet Application Number with me.

I would like to know.
Does my transaction completed successfully. if yes. i would like to know my Internet Application number to generate online receipt. or i would like to get my receipt of payment.

If My transaction dint complete successfully. then should i pay it again and how do i get back my money paid in my previous transaction.
 
please let me know soon on how to proceed with.
