Subject Receipt not generated for online property tax payment
Complaint / Requirement

 I have made the payment for the 2012-13 application id: 552006111 and the amount Rs. 3258 got deducted from my account. I have got the error from issuer message and have not got the receipt. I have tried calling numerous times on the numbers 080-65683804,080-65683805,080-22727027 and sent emails multiple times to onlinerevenueit@gmail.com and bbmpsas@bbmp.gov.in. But, there is just no response to my query. This is so frustrating for the customer. Very disappointed with BBMP ways of working.


PLS DO THE NEEDFUL TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY PAYMENT OR LET ME KNOW HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I too have faced a similiar problem. Money got deducted from my bank a/c but the transcation status was unsuccesful.  I am also trying to get this issue

soreted out. Kindly msg. me if you can get any breakthrough.
