Hi,

I bought a property (New PID: 188-M0133-80-215) from Mr. Kannan Amaresh in 2009. Till 2012-13, the tax was paid in his name. for 2013-14, i paid the property tax amount of Rs. 4064/- in the name of "The Commissioner BBMP", by cheque number 180377 (ICICI Bank), dated 11-05-2013. The same was also cleared in the bank. At the time of paying the tax, i also submitted an application and all the required documents for the name change (From Mr. Kannan Amaresh to Mr. Saurabh Bagrodia).

However, there are 2 problems:

1. The property tax payment of 2013-14 is not reflected in BBMP records. Due to this, i am unable to pay the tax for 2014-15 and 2015-16 online

2. The BBMP records still have the old name of Mr. Kannan Amaresh.

Can you please help me to resolve these 2 problems.
