My property PID is 029-W0177-2 (New) / 89-84-5 (Old PID)

I tried doing the tax payment through netbanking. While making the online payment, I got the message "Transaction Failed", but the amount of Rs. 1187 has been debited from my account and the tax amount was not paid. Please advise how I can recover the debited amount.

Most of the time the server is down and online transactions fail. If this is the case how can this be a convenient option for taxpayers?

By when or how can I recover this amount? The helpline telephone is always busy as well. Very frustrating.
