Transaction failed; Unable to get the Receipt for the Property Tax Paid using online facility

Complaint / Requirement

I paid my property tax online from my HDFC Savings Bank account. The transaction from the bank was successful (see the jpg attached) but when it came back to BBMP page, it displayed Transaction Failed! Contact your bank.

I have attached my bank statement taken on 12th April 2014 which shows the transaction for Rs.6118.00.

I am unable to generate the receipt for the property tax paid.
