I have paid twice the tax using the credit card for the NEW PID  027-W0336-26 OLD PID 88-319-49 on April 23, 2015.

As the system did not generate the receipt. But once I got the receipt there was double deduction from my credit card.

I am attaching the receipt for your reference.

Request you to kindly reverse one of the payment at the earliest.
