PID No. of my site is 040-W1094-60.

I tried to pay property tax on line. The site is opening and the pre filled form is generated, but when I click : Proceed to pay", the system is asking for Sold Waste Managemnt column/cess to be entered. As per pre-filled column it is zero and it is a vacant site and no swm cess/charge is payable as per orders.

Kindly advise how I proceed for payment of on line tax for 2015-16.
