Hi, I've paid online BBMP Propoerty Tax via online banking of HDFC Bank.  The money was deducted from my account but no receipt was generated by BBMP.. 

I called my bank and they said that the payment is successful and I need to contact you.  Here are the details of my transaction

Hi, its being more than 15 days. NO reply.. can you please let me know what to do ? 

where is my money ?  its not in the bank and its with you ?  Please generate the receipts.
