Subject online payment issues

Sir,

 

After complition of the form 4 and about the click the online payment button, we get the message page saved ,  even after pressing many times the same message pop ups,  some times we will get the payment banks option, after selecting one of the bank it goes to the next page, but we are getting the message  processing please wait  for long time and no activity. some times at the top of the page we get the message Response Code: 2Response message: No response from ePG. I am facing this issue from last one week. there was no issues last year, but this year i am fed of this.  Is there any band width issue or server problem, how we can rectify pls explain earliest.
