Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought property in 2011 and possesioned in 2013. Need pay property tax from 2013 onwards.

I have not OC from builder so i can't apply A-katha.

How to change Name in property tax recept?. Non-BBMP offices available form V and Form IV for the year 2013-14,please help me  Where do i get?
