Subject Transaction failed, but bank account debited

Sir,

I tried to pay property tax online, but I got the error message Transaction failed. But when I checked my bank account the payment had been already debited. 

I have attached a screenshot of both the BBMP error message and the Bank account.

My other details are as follows:

Assessment Year 2015-16, Application Number 2008-2009: 2606170, Amount paid: Rs.5050, Ward Name: Mahadevapura

Please check and issue me the receipt for 2015-16.

Sir,

As advised, I contacted my Bank, HDFC Bank. I am told that this payment of Rs.5050 has been credited to your account on 19/8/2015 vide merchant reference number:

231097169345/2606170/890196325.

In view of the above information, I request you to kindly issue me the receipt.
