Subject Transaction Failed
Complaint / Requirement

I made Tax Payment for 2013-14 Tax year via Net Banking.  The amount was deducted from my bank account.  However, the BBMP system responted with "TRANSACTION FAILED" message and no receipt was generated.  I am confused whether to pay again or not.  Could you please confirm so I go ahead and try again?  Waiting to pay 2014-15 and 2015-16 taxes.
