I am R.Theerthananda. My New PID No. is 144-W0042-2.

Today on 28-04-2015 I paid BBMP Tax. When I tried to pay First time it ended with showing the error message ' Transcation Failed'. I didn't get any sms also mentioning that the amount deducted. So, I tried Second time and paid again. It was successfull and It ended with showing the Receipt. But, when I check on HDFC Netbanking Statement, the amount is deducted 2 times. Details of reference No. is as fallows....

Reference No. 428130420 and Reference No. 428131322. In both transaction the amount Rs. 19754/- deducted. That is Twice.

Please resolve this issue and refund the amount as soon as possibble....
