I have paid the property tax with the following details for the year 2014-15 -

Amount - 486

Receipt Number - 1415790307516

However, there was no receipt generated for this transaction. When I tried again, with the following details

Bank Transaction Number - 16229587

Application Number (2008-09) - 13170370

Application Number (2014-15) - 790307516

Amount - 486

Receipt Number - 1415790307516

The system failed to generate the receipt for the second time as well and the amount was deducted from credit card both the time.
