I have paid the tax for the year 2013-14 with the following details -

Transaction Number - 16214735

Application Number (2008-09) - 13170370

Application Number (2013-14) - 690267236

Amount - 539

Receipt No - 1314690267236

However, the receipt for the above transaction was not generated. I paid the same again with the transaction number 16229210 and the receipt was generated for the same. The amount is deducted 2 times from the credit card.

Please reverse the amount with the transaction number 16214735 for which the receipt was not generated.
