MY TRANSACTION WAS PASSED FOR PROPERTY TAX 2015-2016, BUT RECEIPT NOT GENERATED

sir/madam,

my DEBIT CARD CANARA BANK transaction of payment was passed for property payment today i.e 27.04.2015 , but receipt not generated for the 2015-16 year
1. application number is 890167346 with amount of Rs 6083/- ( 2008-09 number is 3101190)

also i tried later for reprint receipt not worked. hence i request to rectify the same

with regards
