| Dear Sir/ Madam,
I made two online payments of Rs. 12325/- thru BBMP online portal for my 2015-16 property tax payment and after I clicked the submit button for payment, received a message "Transaction failed, Please check with your Issure Bank".
The amount has been successfully deducted from my bank account. After this I paid through ICICI Bank, which was successful. Bank statements and receipt are attached
Property and payment Details are mentioned below.
Payment Date: 25th April,2015
Payment amount: Rs. 12325/- and Rs. 12325/-
Bank: HDFC Bank,Airport Road,BANGALORE
Bank Transaction Number: 425132645 and 425132838
Please do the needful and reverse the two HDFC Bank transactions and refund the sum of Rs. 24650 to me.
