Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have made a payment of Rs 792/- through online payment from BBMP online portal for my 2015-16 property tax payment and after all the steps were completed I received a message "Transaction failed, Please check with your Issue Bank)".

The amount has been deducted from my bank account .I have checked with Bank as well,they have confirmed that transaction was successful.

Property and payment Details are mentioned below.

Payment Date: 27th April 2015
Payment amount: 792/-
Bank: HDFC Bank,  KASTURBARD,BANGALORE
Bank Transaction Number: 427170037

SAS 2008-2009 No: 611936430

Please send me the online receipt.
