Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have made a payment of Rs 8,598.00/- through online payment from BBMP online portal for my 2015-16 property tax payment and after all the steps were completed I received a message "Transaction failed, Please check with your Issure Bank)".

The amount has been deducted from my bank account .I have checked with Bank as well,they have confirmed that transaction was successful.

Property and payment Details are mentioned below.

Payment Date: 27th April 2015
Payment amount: Rs 8,598.00/-
Bank: HDFC Bank, Kasavanahalli Branch
Bank Transaction Number: 427152748 

New PID No - 187-W0115-1

Please send me the online receipt.
