Subject Property Tax Online Transaction Failed
Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I was filing my property tax for PID No. 149-W0952-21 after deducting the amount it took me to a page where it said 

"TRANSACTION FAILED!! 
 Please Contact Issure Bank"

I went through the portal and sent a mail to bbmpsas@bbmp.gov.in and tried calling the phone numbers listed out, my only question is will the money be returned back? or is there a way I will get a reciept even after few days

Dear Sir/Madam,

 I was filing my property tax for PID No. 187-W0115-1 after deducting the amount from my HDFC account it took me to a page where it said 

"TRANSACTION FAILED!! 
 Please Contact Issurer Bank"

I tried to reach BBMP on nos 22133029 and 9480683131 but couldn't talk to anyone. Please advise on the payment made. I couldn't get the reciept nor the acknowledgment.
