On 21/4/15 I made net Banking two transctions  (since I have not got the receipt for the first transaction) 

Amount Rs 4,278/-

HDFC BANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT NO 14721570000633 has been debited TWICE For Rs 4,278/- Ref PTax1516-BBMPC  Transaction No 421123314 and PTax1516-BBMPC 421195216

Pleas note that 2015-2016 Application No 890108924 Receipt No 1516890108924 survey No 21 to 29 New PID No 085-M0090-2-118 for diebit of 4278/- for which I have received a receipt is ok which was my due tax amount. ARO Office Marathalli Internet Payment

Kindly arrange to refund the other duplicate transction to my account as soon as possible
