Myself Yajvendra Gupta, owner of property Khata number (133/341/404/15, please refer attached Khata certificate). I had purchased this property from Mr. Sunil Narayan in the year 2011 (please refer attached sale deed and EC certificate). I had been paying property tax on time since last 3 years, yet receiving property tax payment receipt on the name of Mr. Sunil Narayan. I had been to BBMP Bellundur office with request for the correction in records so that I can receive payment receipt on my name i.e. Yajvendra Gupta. Initially I had been told it will cost 2500/- INR and later on told this will be done in Bommanahalli BBMP office. Request you to kindly correct BBMP records for my property so that I can do the property tax payment and receive property tax payment receipt on my name.
