Description : I had applied for the previous owner name change last year at BBMP office Message ARO. The same was changed in manual records and accordingly i paid property tax in my name from year 2013-14. This year when i tried paying online through internet, the website still reflects the previous owner name instead of mine. Request you to please look into this and update online records in the system
With reference to above subject, myself Pavamana Srinivasan, Owner of property # 105, First Floor, S.K.Iris Apartments, Horamavu Agara road. Reference property khata 1256/213/85/2/105. Last year, 7th June 2013, i visited BBMP office (Horamavu) and submitted all documents to change the previous owner name( Mr.Irfan Ameed Shareef, Rigvan Ameed Shareef) to my name.
Accordingly my name was updated in records and i paid the property tax 2013-14 and recieved the acknowledgement bearing my name. Now when i wanted to pay this year property tax online, system still continues to reflect Mr.Irfan Ameed name. Request you to look into this matter. I have attached the previous property receipt for your records.
