I tried to make payment online for my property (in name of SUCHITRA MUTTAM) through HDFC net banking on 24.04.2015. The money got debited from my account and the bank said the transaction was successful at their end. but the response in BBMP website came as "TRANSACTION FAILED !! Please contact issuer bank". Could you please verify what went wrong? and let me know what needs to be done here.
