Complaint / Requirement

I have tried property tax payment for New PID No - 007-W0767-2 for twice via HDFC Net banking. Both the times I got Transaction Failed. Contact Bank. Money has already deducted twice. Will my money credit back? Is there any procedure to follow up this. Please help. Amount got deducted is Rs .16,784/-.
