Subject Property tax for 2015-16 paid but receipt not generated
Complaint / Requirement

Dear sir/madam,

I paid the property tax for my apartment yesterday (21-Apr). Although the transaction went through & money deducted from my credit card, receipt wasnt generated. My SAS base application number is 552006464. 

The total amount is Rs 3730/- and the payment gateway reference number is 4834-552006464-890105749.

Can you please look into this & help me with either the receipt or reversal of entry?
