Sir/Madam,

The road from Hope Farm Junction to ITPL is about 1.8 KMs. One lane on this road has been dug up for some work and in the recent rain, this road has become pathetic with mud and potholes that are a real road hazard. Thousands of commuters use this road on a daily basis for commute and nowadays it takes about 40 minutes to commute from Hope Farm Junction to ITPL. This road has been like this for more than a month now. The YouTube video link provided here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1LiCkof1cs) clearly highlights the state of this road. The footpath is also in bad shape and pedestrians cannot really use them. It really calls for BBMP action on a war footing before something untoward happens.
