I had purchased the house (Khatha - 285/67/O-302) in May 2013. The sales deed/khatha/EC etc are all in my name (Sumit Prasad) but when I am trying to pay the property tax online, its still showing the old owner's name (Shilpa Rao). How can I get this change reflected on property tax receipt also? I can scan and attach all the necessary documents if needed.
