Dear Sir/Madam,

    My new PID no is 056/W0072-3. I noticed that in this years application which I tried to fill online to submit my tax payment for 2015-16, the khata number of my house has been indicated as 125/74/12 which is wrong  as my house number is 172 and not 12. My correct khata number as per my A-Khata is 132/125/74/172. I am enclosing my khata along with this complaint as an attachment hoping that this would be corrected immediately. With this assumption I am going ahead with paying my tax for the current year within the stipulated date and hope to see the corrected immediately. Please acknowledge.
