Dear Sir/Madam,

  My New PID no is - 056-W0072-3. My Khata number allooted by BBMP  132/125/74/172.  But in the application for the revenue year 2015-16  the khatha number is still appearing as 125/774/12 which was already considered incorrect. So please take neccessary steps to correct the khata number in the application form immediately and acknowledge this complaint. Please provide me an acknowledge number with sl.no and date for my reference.   With this stipulation, I am paying the property tax for the revenue year 2015-2016. I am attaching my BBMP A-Khatha for taking neccessar action.
