Sir,

 This is to bring to your kind information that my SAS 2014-15 Application No.is 711482397 and I have paid the Property Tax with respect to PID No. 97-3-253/5 for the year 2015-16 amounting to Rs. 6616 via your online payment portal through net banking facility. However upon paying the amount I received an error message stating that the transaction has failed. The amount of Rs. 6616 has also been debited from my Canara Bank account and I am unable to generate the tax paid receipt. The transaction code for the payment is 7553634. Kindly rectify the same and issue the tax paid receipt. The statement from my Canara Bank account is attached for your reference.
