Hello, please clean the garbage dump in Defence Colony on 4th main, 6th cross. it is right next to the children's park and today - several stray dogs attacked 2 ladies. One person's sari was ripped to shreds, the other person got a dog bite through the jeans.  Resolve this quickly please.
