The undersigned has made twice payment of Rs 851.00 thro' internet banking. And the payment is made via HDFC Acount thro' net bank.

The PID NO. IS059-430056-2 and the owner of the property is Mr. Amruthraj and the address is 9/18, lloyd road, cooke town, Bangalore -560 005.

Application no. is 890041015 and receipt no. 1516890041015 dtd 9.4.15.

Pls. advise how will you help us to refund or adjust in the next FY16-17.
