I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have already lodged a complaint on 01.04.2015 and again on 06.01.2015. I paid the property tax for PID No.011-W0102-23 on 01.04.2015 ON LINE. Amount of Rs. 9420/- is debited from my account and SMS Alert also received to that effect. Immediately a message appeared Transaction Failed thereby application number for the current year and also receipt could not be generated. Since it is a huge amount I request the concerned authorities to kindly resolve the matter immediately
