I tried to pay Property Tax online using Firefox. When I clicked on Online payment, the message was 'Record saved successfully and nothing happened further. When I called BBMP, I was aksed to use Google Chrome. I did so and this time I reached the payment screen. I marked Credit Card, it asked me to choose one of the banks, I chose Corporation bank, without asking for the credit card details,  the screen showed 'Payment being processed' , never went beyond this !!
