Dear Sir, 

While trying to pay the property tax for property with new PID 197-W0885-33, on the first attempt, the amount of Rs 565 was debited from my account, but the receipt was not generated. I got a webpage which said that the transaction was successfull and my account was debited, but I did not get a receipt for the payment. I have attached a screen shot of the webpage.

I tried once again and it succeeded and gave me a receipt, but the amount was debited once again. Since the payment has happened twice, I request you to refund the transaction amount of Rs 565 for which the receipt was not generated by the BBMP website.
