Hello Sir/Madam,

               My SAS 2008 Application No. is 551979149. I had paid the tax for 2012-13, 2013-24 and 2014-15 along with the late fees on 19th December 2015. I may have paid some amount in advance for 2015-16 as well. Now, when I am trying to get the receipt after paying the solid waste management cess, I am not able to submit the form, as I am told the tax amount cannot be zero.

            Please find attached the screenshots. Please fix this or please let me know how I can submit and get the receipt.
