      We are the regulaarly paying the tax along with SWM Charges during the month of April.  It is very sad to intimate that the garbage pick up is not regaular since the begining.  Only twise a week or once a week they used to come and pick up the garbage.  But for the same area of other street where the officials of BBMP and vidhana soudha people are staying are daily picke up and streets are swept every day.  In our street for the last six months no body has turned up to clean the street.  When we approch the BBMP people they rluctantly say that the street clening has to be done by the residents themselves.  

       If this is so, what is the necessesity to collect the fees for each and every house owner for sake of others.
