We have filled the name and the address in SAS 2008-09 Application No. 1936483 dated 19-2-2009 correctly.  But during the entry in the computer by the data Entry operators they changed the Name to Smt. Kanthy Hoyadana instad of Smt. Kanthi Velayutham and the address has also been changed to 5th phase instead of 1st phase B Sector.  Every yeatr while paying the tax we are mentioning the correct address and the name and requestiung for the correction, but till date nothing has happened.

Is is not possible to correct the mistakes done by the clerks concerned.
