My name is "Ravinuthala Venkata Lakshmi Kiran Kumar". Yes, please don't be surprised. That's the name of one single person, Male, and recorded correctly all throughout my records like Passport, PAN, Sale Deed etc.

But in BBMP property tax records, it has been recorded as 2 persons "Ravinuthala Venkata Lakshmi" AND "Kiran Kumar". Please correct the records. I have attached scanned copy of my sale deed, passport, PAN and property tax payment details.
