Hello Sir,

I have paid the tax for 2013-2014 through BBMP office in Banaswadi and the reciept no is 1314611563664 dated 30/04/2013. On 28/04/2014 I was trying to make online payment for 2014-2015 and to my surprise I got a message that my 2013-2014 is not paid and hence I need to pay it along with fine amount. I did the payment for both 2013-2014 (receipt no 1314690235331) and for 2014-2015 (receipt no 1415790140968) online. I checked with the BBMP officials and they mentioned that I have paid it in the wrong form (form V and I'm suppose to pay it in form IV).Please let me know how should I proceed on this issue getting sorted.
