Subject Request for spelling correction on the name in the property tax receipts/system

Hi,

This is regarding the property (2008-2009 Application number   443008241, Khata number 1129/1117/69/2/38/412).  While my name spelling is correct in Khata and all other documents, in the tax receipt the spelling is wrong. 

In the propert tax receipt the name shows as RAJASHI PANDIT where as it should be RAJARSHI PANDIT.

Would request you to please correct the name or let me know the process to get this corrected.
