Dear Sir/Madam,

I own a flat purchased in 2004 and have been paying BBMP property tax.

At the time when Online Property tax was introduced, the flat was under mortgage and the documents were in the Bank. I did not have the Khata number and used EC no. as reference. Now I have the Suvarana Khata no. and want it to be entered in the system.

Could you please help me with the process on how to get this corrected.
