I'm sunitha Malhotra holding a property with old PID no 6-6-65/4-2. the new PID no is 095 - M0042 - 5 - 13. I have finished with all formalities regarding khata transfer. When I paid the tax for theyear 2013 - 2014 the tax paid receipt showed the nameof the previous owner. I was told that the receipts of the property tax for the year 2014 - 2015 will show my name. But when I tried to check this year while paying the tax it is yet showing the name of the previous owner. Can this problem be rectified so that I pay the Property Tax in time with a tax paid receipt in my name.
