Complaint / Requirement
My Name is SHANMUGAM KANNIAPPAN AND N SUNITHA. My The SAS 2008-09 Application No: 2789832

I paid my 2012-13 thru online using ICICI bank net banking. The money Rs 16,395.00 deducted from my bank account. Please find the bank statement below.

But system did not generate any receipt for us.  
I tried to fill up online payment complaint form . But it is not working and giving error. I also tried to call customer call 9916169558(ICICI). It is also not working. It is 


Please let us know how to get the receipt?
